武刚(1985—),河南商丘人,管理学博士,江苏师范大学历史文化与旅游学院副教授,毕业于西南财经大学旅游管理专业,研究方向主要包括:(1)旅游消费者行为,(2)旅游市场营销,(3)服务互动。近年来在International Journal of Hospitality Management和《干旱区资源与环境》等期刊上发表论文多篇,主持市厅级项目3项。Email:wugang340@163.com
